I stop playing for a while and started back up in 2021, after many deposit totaling 50,000 + I hit a jackpot wagering $200 a spin. I been a player with Chumba since 2017, when they used PayPal for thr deposit, I deposited and cashed out 5 figures with no problems. Please contact me if you have had any problems with them like I have had. I guess this is their attempt to try and get their money back hoping that she fell for the scam. Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem happen to them with Chumba or even Luckyland? Also after 5 years my daughter received a call from Luckyland ( who she never played with before) stating that she owed them money. And you know that she is now band from playing ( which is a good thing) why does this company keep charging people for coins that they don’t purchase.

My daughter had to go through her bank to get all of her money back. Why would anyone buy gold coins? The point of gambling is to try to win money (real money) not for just fun.

I recently was charged for $10 which if you played Chumba you know that the $10 purchase is for gold coins which is worth noting.

When we write a dispute about the overcharged situation they stated that there’s nothing wrong on there end and that they didn’t see any overcharges. Myself and my daughter have played Chumba and we both have had problems with them charging us 2 and 3 times per each purchase.
